Sports Mindset Coaching

We provide sports teams and individuals athletes with mindset coaching to enable them to overcome mental challenges and build strong, healthy mindsets to improve performance.

"What separates good athletes from great is their ability to manage their minds"

Why mindset coaching?

Recent studies have found that mindset and the way you talk to yourself leading up to and during a match can dramatically affect your overall performance. Being able to manage stress and pressure is what separates a good athlete from a great athlete.

At the essence of sports is uncertainty, loss and challenges, being able to overcome those challenges requires a strong and healthy mindset. The ability to focus your mind, bounce back from losses, embrace challenges and persist in the face of setbacks, is central to how you perform.

Learning to assess and manage your thoughts and emotions is a vital skill for any athlete, no matter what age or level you are at.

"Half of the mental work you need to put in is done before you even set foot on the court. If you fail to prepare, it is going to be a much more difficult mountain to climb and succeed on the court.”

- Novak Djokovic

Rosy will meet with individuals or sports teams and unpack, through a discovery session, the current mental challenges that are affecting performance. In the following sessions, Rosy will help players to uncover subconscious thoughts, emotions and attitudes around their game and provide players with effective and practical tools to build a stronger and more resilient mindset.

No matter what level you are playing at, developing a strong mindset will help to drastically improve your performance and overcome the inevitable challenges that come with playing competitive sports.

“Most talented players don’t always succeed. Some don’t even make the team. It’s more what’s inside.”
